Authors of accepted papers — at least one author per paper must register for the workshop and present the paper at the event.
Cancellation policy — The ACM Standard Cancellation Policy is in place. No refunds will be provided except in the case of visa denial. If your visa is denied, you will be refunded the full registration amount less a $50 processing fee.
Accommodation
APSys 2026 has secured a special room rate for attendees. To receive the negotiated rate and help organizers manage the room block, please book through the official reservation form below. We strongly encourage early booking, as rooms are limited and the special rate is guaranteed only until the stated deadline. Your support helps us meet our hotel commitment and deliver a smooth conference experience for all participants.
